Summary:
Citect stops monitoring a dialback modem for incoming calls if the modem is turned off and turned on again. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack C.
