Summary:
Polylines and Lines leave trails when moved in graphics builder with the following characteristics.

Object : Polyline or Line with 3D effects.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5:30.
