Summary:
A crash in the kernel occurs.  The crash happened when the "page RDB" command was used in the kernel to bring up the RDB page list. On paging down to the _Groups.groups page, Citect crashes.  On examination it was found a large number of groups are defined in the project. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.xx, 4.xx and 5.xx.  The crash is due to a buffer overflow.  This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B.
