Summary:
Packing Libraries doesn't clean-up after it has finished, leaving behind *.TMP files. This increases the size of the project directory, which kind of defeats the purpose of packing the Libraries. 

Solution:
Delete the *.TMP files manually after using "Pack Libraries"
