Summary:
When trying to display file using DspFileSetName and the file has more than or equal to 16000 lines, citect will crash. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.XX.  This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack C.
