Summary:
The OMRON CS1 range of PLCs feature an extended range of data register addresses when compared to the CV range of PLCs. 

Solution:
In order to use the OMFINS driver v2.02.00.000 or greater you must now append '/V' or '/S' (without quotes) to the address field in the I/O Devices form in Citect.  Enter /V for CV mode, or /S for CS1 mode.  (If nothing is appended, the driver will default to CV mode).

The OMRON driver v2.00.00.001 now supports the extended range of addresses available on CS1 Series PLCs.  No changes to Citect configuration are required for this driver.
