Summary:
Problem: I am using Citect V5.XX with the paging system add-on project included, and none of the buttons associated with the paging system appear in runtime. 

Solution:
1: The symbol library ,'buttons.ctl', that comes with the paging system was created with Citect V3/4.  The solution is to create a new library.  All of the library objects from the 'buttons.ctl' library need to be copied to new symbol pages and saved into the new library(with the same names).  When the new library is complete, delete the old one and rename the new library as 'buttons.ctl'.  All of the buttons should now appear.
