Summary:

I can use the CCSARC driver (v2.01.00.000) with the old PCX20 (Rev. B) Arcnet card without any problems, but when I used this driver with the new PCX20 (Rev. D) Arcnet card, Citect will freeze during start-up.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in CCSARC driver version v2.01.00.000 and earlier. This problem has been fixed in CCSARC driver version v2.01.01.000.
