Summary:
I installed the new service pack, 5.21 SPK E.  I then compiled all my projects.  The project that has CiCrypt encrypted Cicode failed to compile with multiple errors.  

Solution:
After installing a Citect Service Pack, the CiCrypt client must be re-installed to allow compilation of the encrypted project. Before re-installing, delete the file C:\citect\bin\OldCtCmp32.exe. CI Technologies is researching this problem, and will post new information as it becomes available.
