Summary:
When calling Prompt or DspText function during startup, Citect may crash.  This happens after 5.21 Spk B is installed. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 Service Pack B. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack E.
