Summary:
When using the compile enquiry message option in the tools menu of the project editor, the message box will be hidden behind the project explorer if the project is run from there. 

Solution:
The Message box now appears in front of the Explorer window.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30.
