Summary:

Windows opened in the Kernel are listed under the Tools menu rather than the Windows menu.

Solution:

Windows opened in the Kernel are now listed under the Windows menu. CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows from version 5.20. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30.
