Summary:

The value of the tag returned by CTAPI is not in the format that is specified in the tag definition.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 Service Pack C. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack D.
