Summary:
The cicode function AlarmSumFirst()/AlarmSumNext() returns alarm summary records to which the user does not have access rights. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack F.
