Summary:

If a remote I/O device is in the connection queue when the connection schedule is disabled using the IODeviceControl() function with type 9, the I/O server will still connect to the device.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30.
