Summary:

When making an alarm/alarmsummary query on a Citect server, you will get an error from CTAPI and no data will be returned.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 Service Pack E. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack F.
