Summary:
When the function AlarmSetInfo() is used On Page Entry, it will not work the first time you enter the page after starting up Citect. 

Solution:
Place a sleep of half a second (using the SleepMS() function) in the On Page Entry commands, before the AlarmSetInfo() function call. CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.21 to version 5.30. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
