Summary:

I am running Citect on Spanish Windows. When I use TimeToStr(time,3), Citect returns the date in English rather than in Spanish.

Solution:

The reason for this is that Citect does not get the date from the Operating System, instead it uses an internal date from the resource dll. This is so that when localised versions of Citect are released, the date they display is in the language of the localisation, rather than the language of the operating system Citect is running on.
