Summary:
If an ActiveX control which has 'Enabled' property is inserted through Graphics Builder, then at runtime this ActiveX control may not get input focus completely. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.30. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30 Service Pack A.
