Summary:

Some of the ActiveX controls in graphics pages are not drawing themselves in the correct position on the page. It may look like a shadow of the ActiveX control has been created.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.30. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30 Service Pack A.
