Summary:
Objects within a group which are set to be hidden when disabled will be visible even if disabled when the graphics page is first displayed. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 to 5.21 Spk F. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Spk G.
