Summary:
When viewing large rich text files using the Cicode function DspRichText, only the first 64k characters of the file may be viewable. This only affects Citect in Windows 2000. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 and 5.30. This problem has been fixed in version 5.31
