Summary:
I am running Citect on a Thin Client. When Citect is running and the Thin Client is rebooted or replaced, the page I was viewing prior to reboot is displayed, bypassing the Startup page that is specified in the citect.ini file. 

Solution:
In Windows 2000 (this procedure is slightly different with Windows NT) go to Terminal Services Configuration found under Administrative tools.  Select the connections folder in the left window then double click ICA-tcp in the right window.  When the ICA-tcp Properties window appears, select the Sessions tab.  Select Override user settings and select End session.
