Summary:
TagWrite Scaling problem. When tags are written to using TagWrite, some numbers will be scaled incorrectly. Occurrences of this problem are in the minority and depends on both the scale of the tag and the number being written. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 service pack E.
