Summary:
To alternate between 'Select from Comments' and 'Select from Tags' you need to select the combo box, click on the 'OK' button, and open the Pen Select dialog box again, which is quite cumbersome. 

Solution:
To alternate between 'Select from Comments' and 'Select from Tags', click on the corresponding button. The form is then closed and re-opened with the desired fields in the drop down box, and the button name is changed to the other option.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 3.00 to 5.31. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
