Summary:
When you set EventNo to zero the function will fail to work, but it will not return an error. It is supposed to use the latest event number as the end point for requesting the trend data. This is also a problem for the function TrnEventGetTableMS(). 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.31. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
