Summary:
Graphics Builder may crash when closing an unsaved page containing the CiMeterX.TechMeter ActiveX object. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.30 to 5.31. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
