Summary:
The problem we are seeing is an improper writing of a tag value when the data type is not specified in the tag association in a super genie.

When you enter a value of 16777217 in the super genie you get an incorrect value of 16777216 in the tag, and similar error at higher numbers.

 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 to 5.31. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
