Summary:
The Cicode function LanguageFileTranslate() returns strange values when it is supposed to return 1 or 0. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.30 to 5.31.

This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
