Summary:

If either redundancy trend server goes down, the Cicode function SPCSpecLimitSet() will not set the limit on any servers or clients until the offline trend server comes back online.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions up to 5.31. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
