When working in the Graphics Builder, deleting reserved animation points on Super Genies or Page Templates, can cause a crash. The reserved animation point numbers can be found by checking the [Page]KeyEcho and [Page]Prompt values in Citect.ini. If there are no values set for these parameters, then the defaults are 1 and 2 respectively. The animation point with the value of [Page]KeyEcho is reserved for Keyboard Entry, and the animation point with value Page[Prompt] is reserved for the Prompt Line.

This problem is solved by preventing users from deleting reserved animation points. A message box pops up telling the user that the reserved animation points are not to be altered.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 and 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30.
