Summary:

The TINECWIN and TINECNT Citect protocol drivers cannot display data types of type REAL (e.g LPV1). The error code 0x400004 shows up in the kernel or hardware alarm page when attempting to read these types.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in the TINECWIN and TINECNT drivers. This problem has been fixed in version 2.13.00 of the driver.
