Summary:
Shortcut key error in setup wizard. Hitting Alt-N or N or Shift-N on the I/O Server setup page takes you back to the Project setup page instead of the next page. Pressing the 'Next >' button takes you to the correct page. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30. The short cut key to specify the I/O Server Name has been changed to Alt-S, and pressing Alt-N should now take you to the correct page.
