Summary:
An I/O point count problem exists. This problem may show itself when almost all the points on a Citect license are used and super genies are used. If, for example, 149 points are used on a 150 point license, and a super genie is using static points is added to the project, then the point count limit may be exceeded.  

Solution:
The problem is that points used by supergenies are treated as dynamic points, even if static points are being used. CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.10 to 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30.
