Summary:
Consider the scenario when a supergenie has a pagewide keyboard command associated with it.  Every time the supergenie is saved, and pages are updated, a separate entry is created in the pgkey.dbf file detailing the keyboard command associated with the supergenie. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack E.
