Summary:
IODeviceInfo() function does not properly handle unit names that start with a digit. It mistakenly assumes that a unit number was passed as an argument instead of a unit name. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack E.
