Summary:
Citect does not regain focus when selecting a child window belonging to an ActiveX control (eg. the combo box in the Calendar control). 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 This problem has been fixed in version 5.30.
