Summary:
When DspInfoNew() is run on an object, with a scaled array tag associated with it, it will crash Citect. Only this combination will cause a problem. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack F
