Summary:
Genie Substitution crashes Graphics Builder on saving a page containing the maximum number of characters for the expression being made. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 Service Pack E. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack F.
