Summary:
The citect cursor will fail to move from one object to the next object when [AnmCursor] MouseSnapToCursor is set to 1, the two objects are placed very close to each other, and the cursor is between the two objects. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 to 5.30. This problem has been fixed in version 5.31.
