Summary:
When using the cursor keys to navigate between the entry fields of a form, the cursor may jump over some fields and it may not be possible to select them without using a mouse. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
