Summary:
The saved length of the "Hidden when" expression on the button properties sheet is 64 characters. The saved length of this expression should be 128 characters. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.21 to 5.30. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
