Summary:
FormNumPad() will not return a default value if the function is accidentally called twice from a touch command on a numeric display object. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 to 5.31. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
