| Pen Selection Dialog has inconsistent or
missing interface.
The "All Trend Pens", "Current Trend Pen", "Cancel" button hot
keys on the Pen Selection dialog after doing a TrendSetScale() have
ambiguous Key Sequences i.e. two buttons have the same hotkey
sequence.
Additionally, if you exit the window by any means other than
pressing one of the buttons, the Pen Selection Dialog will fail to
appear the next time you try to access it via TrendSetScale() or
via the scaling button on a trend template window.
