Summary:

Citect does not fail over to a standby I/O Server. If the active I/O Server is hung ( by, for example, the display of an error dialog ) clients do not fail over to an available standby I/O Server.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.30. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40.
