Summary:
It was found some NR&D Modnet gateways to SquareD devices returned a non-standard exception error 0x1d when a SquareD device was disconnected from the gateway. This type of error should make the unit go offline. 

Solution:
A new Citect.ini parameter has been added for the MODNET driver. The parameter is called SetNRDDisconnectExceptionErrorAsOffline. By default its value is 0, indicating the exception error 0x1d will be treated as a general error. If required to make this exception error take the unit offline, set the parameter value to 1. Later versions of firmware for NR&D Modnet gateways return instead the standard Modbus exception error 0xb, which will result in the unit going offline under this error condition.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in the MODNET driver. This problem has been fixed in version 2.04.01.000 of the driver.
