Summary:
ABTCP/CIKT driver only supports up to 57.6kbps. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows up to version 5.40. This problem has been fixed in CIKT driver (Version 2.02.02.000 ). The driver provides an "sn" option in the BOARDS "Special Opt" field to select the speed of the Data Highway Plus network, where n=the number representing the speed required;

n = 1 for 115 kbaud

n = 2 for 230 kbaud

(default is 57 kbaud)
