Summary:
If the Citect runtime window has just come back into focus then left mouse button events are not handled until the mouse has been moved. 

Solution:
Left mouse button events are now handled as soon as a window gains focus, as per normal Windows operation.

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.40. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40 Service Pack A.
