Summary:

When using the function WinNewAt with negative coordinates, while the INI parameter [Page] DynamicSizing=0 is set, the window will appear at 0,0.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.40 Service Pack A. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40 Service Pack B.
