Summary:
We are trying to setup a network across a dial on demand router. When the data is requested by a display client it should normally connect to a local I/O Server and thus the router link should remain down. This is not possible with the I/O Server "heartbeat" present as it keeps the connection via the router open. Is it possible to disable the [IOServer]HeartTime= parameter? 

Solution:
Currently the help for the [IOServer]HeartTime states the range is 2 to 60 sec. This could be extended so you can just set it to a very big number to get the effect of disabled (for example it should be able to set it to 2,000,000,000 = 23 days).
